Frother Q60 is a yellow to brownish yellow oily liquid. It is a product of our company's special foaming reagent series. This foaming reagent has a fast foaming rate and strong foaming ability, and is suitable for the beneficiation of non-ferrous metal ores and rare precious metal ores, especially for non-ferrous metal ores with a high proportion of target minerals and high content of argillaceous gangue. It is an excellent substitute for internationa product.
The original solution of this product is added for use, with a dosage of 5-60 grams per ton of raw ore. Please refer to the actual on-site usage for specific usage.
Function of foaming agent
1. Increase the mechanical strength of the bubble.
2. Decrease the velocity of bubbles and increase the residence time of bubbles in pulp.
3. Prevent bubble merging, so that the bubble dispersed in the pulp has a smaller diameter and a certain life.
4. The type and amount of stable bubbles affect the bubble size, viscosity and brittleness, and affect the flotation speed.
